2. How do I get started with Nutrition 4 One?
Your first step toward reaching your health and wellness goals, is to schedule a Discovery Call. Use the link here to get started. Select a date and time that works for you and complete all necessary forms before your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email and text reminders for your appointment.
3. Are sessions in-person or via telehealth?
All of our services are provided virtually through our HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

4. What should I expect during my first session?
If, after your Discovery Call, you decide to work with Nutrition 4 One, your first session will involve a detailed discussion about your goals, health history, lifestyle, and current habits. We’ll use this information, along with any available lab testing to create a personalized plan tailored just for YOU!

5. Do you accept insurance?
We gladly accept all major credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards. We do not accept or bill insurance, although you can request an invoice to submit to your insurance carrier. Nutrition 4 One cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Speak directly with your carrier about benefits covering Medical Nutrition Therapy.

6. How do I pay for services?
Payment is rendered through our secure portal using STRIPE.

7. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

8. Which lab testing services do you offer?
Nutrition 4 One offers gut microbiome and nutrigenomics testing. Schedule a complimentary Discovery Call to discuss options and pricing.
