3. Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes! All of our services are provided virtually through our HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

4. What should I expect during my first session?
If, after your Discovery Call, you decide to work with Nutrition 4 One, your first session will involve a detailed discussion about your goals, health history, lifestyle, and current habits. We’ll use this information to create a personalized plan just for you.

5. Do you accept insurance?
We gladly accept all major credit cards, and FSA/HSA cards. We do not accept or bill insurance.

6. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
